A monthly active user is any unique user whose checklist progress is tracked at least once in a calendar month. Users who sign up but never trigger a tracking event don't count. You can always check your current MAU count in the dashboard.
Yes — you can upgrade at any time and only pay the prorated difference for the remainder of the billing month. Downgrading is also possible at your next renewal date. No contracts, no lock-in.
We'll send you a heads-up email before you hit the limit. Tracking calls beyond the cap are soft-dropped — your users won't see errors, but the steps won't be recorded until you upgrade. We never surprise you with overage charges.
Yes — annual billing saves 2 months (roughly 17% off). Annual plans are not yet available through self-serve checkout. Email us and we'll set it up manually while we build the billing flow.
